Emergency/After Hours Care: If you need to contact a doctor when the surgery is closed, please call the afterhours emergency locum service on: (08) 9321 9133 or GP After Hours Subiaco on (08) 9382 9600.

If you have chest pains, breathing difficulties/trouble talking, facial sweating & rash, collapse/altered consciousness, facial/limb weakness, or extensive burns, CALL 000, or attend your nearest Emergency Department: Sir Charles Gardiner Hospital, Hospital Avenue, Nedlands (08) 6457 3333, or Perth Children’s Hospital, Hospital Avenue, Nedlands (08) 6456 2222.

Home Visits: Home visits are available for regular patients who live within a 5km radius of the practice whose condition prevents them attending the surgery. Visits can also be arranged for patients in nursing homes. Dr Latto will advise as to the appropriateness of such a visit.

Telephone / Telehealth Consults: Telehealth consults are only available for patients who (i) have been with the practice 1 year plus AND (ii) have attended in person at least once in the past 12 months AND (iii) have tested positive for Covid-19. In all other instances patients are expected to attend the surgery in person.
